Not to mention Xbox.com has the achievements wrong.. notice how every achievement is "Gather as many swimsuits as you can with X!"
They shouldn't all be like that.. maybe they'll fix them. To make friends.. that shouldn't take too long, and then the first collection is most likely Items.. and the last one is costumes.
