Only in Oblivion      Only in Oblivion is a review and story in one. I will tell what I did for the day and then review it in the end. Do not worry I will label when a spoiler is coming and when it is not so you will have to high light the text in-between the two "(spoiler)" marks. Some days will be shorter then others and some longer, it all matters on how long I played and what I do. If I just go into some dungeons all day there isn't going to be much to write about, so I will try and do a little bit of the main quest or something else every day. Some parts will probably be extremely boring the only thing I can tell you to do about that is to just skip over it (I am sure you do not want to here about me stuck in jail).     Now onto the format for Only in Oblivion. It will be pretty simple, and the best way to show you is by just doing a mock up. Day # Everything I did and what I accomplished in the day will go here Day # review A review on everything I did today including anything I liked and disliked. Now onto the actual article.   Day 1     To start off my time in oblivion I will be an argonian. For those not familiar with the race basically I will be immune to poison and disease and will be able to breath under the water. Seems like the best choice to me since I do not feel like becoming a vampire. Now onto the world of Oblivion.     I take my first steps in a jail cell, with some annoying a-hole across from me in his jail cell, talking about how I will never be able to swim again. I have now went through the sewers and now the emperor is dead. I must choose my class, I am choosing custom class. Here are my choices: Specialization Combat Two favored Attributes Strength Personality Seven Major Skills Acrobatics Blade Block Marksman Heavy Armor Light Armor Mercantile After I escaped the sewers I continued on the main quest. I was able to (spoiler) get as far as bringing Martin to the cloud ruler temple. I closed the first oblivion gate and then later down the road became a blade. Good thing since I needed some armor. I ended the game in the imperial city after buying 100 iron arrows. Now onto the review for the day.(/spoiler) Review Day 1     Since I can not review Oblivion in one day I will do it over time, as long as I play oblivion with hopefully one post per day. To start off my review I will look towards the character creation process. The best part by far is forming my characters face and making him look like whatever I want, no I did not get out of hand on it since my guy is going to be covered up with a helmet and clothes anyway. So after I get done making my character I am so far pleased with the game. Now I could continue with the character creation process but i'll just leave it as its probably the best process I have ever went through. Now after I got out of the sewers (yes I went through this before,so i'll just say what I felt before) it was amazing. The only problem I had was the textures far away, but still it is by far the best looking 360 game i have played yet. now onto the actual oblivion area, I did not see anything that is too interesting, basically it was just a world on fire. I, personally, did not see anything there is to hide about it since it is not anything too great. Thats basically all there is to my first day in oblivion. Day 2     Today I did not get much done. I continued the main quest (spoiler) until where I have to bring the book to the arcane university in the imperial city (spoiler). After that I just started shooting random crap including an imperial legion guard which did not seem like the best choice after I was caught. At the time though it was hilarious since all he ket doing was getting on and off his horse. I was caught though so I payed the gold. I also went into a cave, and I was pissed off at the imps. Luckily I got into the habit of sneaking around when using the bow instead of just charging in. Really it was a short day maybe an hour or two today. Day 2 review          Now for my daily review... Today I must say the game had its slowdowns. It made the game so unplayable, the sound shut off for a couple of minutes and when I wanted to get off a horse it took about two minutes. I then saved the game, which took about five minutes, and shut it off. I held A while starting up and then it went a little better from there. On a brighter note I do like doing double the damage when doing a sneak attack, it makes killing those damn imps so much easier. Since it was such a short day there is not much to comment on today, so thats it. Day 3 Alright today so far I have mostly been doing the arena. I did search through a couple of caves but didn't find much. I also tried killing Umbra, what a bad idea that was I got killed. So I figured why not go make some money in the arena buy all the potions I can and then come back and fight. I did just that and, so far (as I type this) I am at the warrior rank in the arena. I had a couple thousand so I went and bought all the healing potions I could and some I had before. In the end I had 7 regular healing potions, 3 Strong Healing potions, and 16 weak healing potions. I though I must be able to take down Umbra now. What a bad idea that was. I went there and pretty much got raped. I didn't even take away a quarter of her health. I will probably update this later on where I am in the arena, but yea its just been the arena and Umbra all day... Update: Alright I am now the Arena Grand Champion! Im not sure what to do with this kid, I might use him as target practice... Other then that I have no clue what to do. I will not go back against Umbra for a while, maybe once I have at least 100 potions to heal me. Other then that Im now a level 3!  Day 3 review Alright so today I finished the Arena quest line and I have one thing to say about it... I wish it was longer. I know I can fight creatures once a week, but only once a week is kind of a long time. Other then that it was fun. Another thing I liked is that there is still some people who can still kill you (Umbra) since I'm not that fond of the leveling system that is in place now. Another thing I noticed is there are a few glitches in the arena, I ran into one while jumping on the side walls and couldn't get out, and while moving the camera around while waiting for the gate to open I managed to get everything disappear except my character. Thats all there is to really review today... Alright so I essentialy got tired of the game for a little and took a break and im having a hard time picking it up again until then im not sure what im not sure if I am going to continue or not.
